Fitness Meal
Ingredients

Vegetables
1 sweet potato
4 asparaguses
1 red onion
1 carrot
3 cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
olive oil
1 handful of baby spinach
salt
black pepper

Peel the sweet potato, chop it to pieces and cook in slightly salted water for 15 minutes. Use another pot to cook the asparaguses chopped to small pieces in slightly salted water for 5 minutes.

Chop the onion. Slice the carrot into thin slices. Put both in a heated pan with some oil added. Fry quickly. Add the baby spinach and then salt and pepper.

Chop the cherry tomatoes to small pieces. Slice the avocado.

Fry the skewers in a pan with some oil added.
