It required an interdisciplinary approach, teamwork and cooperation between various departments in order to achieve the desired outcome. I was in charge of the technology side of things – selection of raw material and technological equipment and project execution regarding technology. Marketing and sales departments have also played an important role – providing an in-depth market analysis underlying the project development,” said Ana Penko at the ceremony awarding the bronze medal for innovation in the Notranjsko Primorska Region.
Pivka Roasted Chicken is made by using innovative technology of cooking without fat, which brings five distinctive advantages:
